What we do, in one paragraph.
People get rid of toys all year long — good ones, the kind a kid outgrew rather than wore out. We collect them, keep them safe in donated storage, and two Saturdays before Christmas we set them out on tables in a gym so families can come pick out presents for free. Nobody signs up, nobody proves anything, and nobody is turned away.
The purpose behind our mission is to extend the life of a toy by passing it from one child to another. Everything else — the storage units, the coffee shop totes, the fundraiser — exists to make that one Saturday happen.
Why we do it
“Misfit Toys exists to show the Billings area the love of Jesus by providing free, gently used toys to families in need during the Christmas season.”
We are a faith-based nonprofit, and everyone is welcome at our door. The purpose behind the mission is simple: extend the life of a toy by passing it from one child to another.

A faith-based nonprofit
Everyone is welcome, no exceptions.
We are a faith-based nonprofit and we do this because of what we believe. That does not come with a catch. Nobody is asked what they believe and nobody is turned away. Come shop.
“Every good and perfect gift is from above.” — James 1:17
